Obit for Jane Evelyn Myers

Jane Evelyn Myers was born October 6, 1872 at Casey, Iowa, and passed away in 
Strong City, May 15, 1962, at the age of 89 years, 7 months and 9 days, after an 
extended illness.

She was married to John A. Myers, Septembver 15, 1890 at Stanton, Nebraska.

She was precded in death by her husband, a step-son, Bert Myers, a step-daughter, 
Lottie Stuart, her parents, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

She is survived by 5 daughters, Katie Candill, Clatskanie, Oregon, Maudie Harrison, 
Reydon, Minnie Bauman, Garfield, Arkansas, Vina Wickens, Strong C ity, Volet Burns, 
Reydon; and 6 sons, Andy Myers, Elk City, Lee Myers, Loves Park, Illinois, Charlie 
Myers, Elk City, George Myers, Cheyenne, Ernest Myers, Reedley, California, Royal 
Myers, Pampa, Texas; and 40 grandchildren and 69 great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs Myers were conducted at the Church of the Nazarene in Cheyenne 
with Rev. J.T. Gassett and Rev. Bill Ray ministers in charge.

Burial was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma 
under the direction of Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home of Erick.
