FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. "Red" Montgomery in 
Bakersfield, California.

Mrs. Montgomery came to Roger Mills County with her husband in 1918 
and resided south of Cheyenne for 35 years, later she moved to 
Arizona.  Her husband preceded her in death.

Three girls and two boys survive.  They are Mrs. Dollie Ridgway of 
Phoenix, Arizona, Alma Parker, Bakersfield, California, Irene Smith, 
Phoenix, Arizona, Jack Montgomery, Phoenix, Arizona, and Leslie 
Montgomery of Cheyenne, Oklahoma.  Another son, Claude preceded the 
mother in death.
