Born June 26th, 1927 in Durham, Oklahoma. She was raise on a ranch in Texas Panhandle and moved to Anaheim, California in 1954 and married Alex Morales in 1960. She married Burt Van Denburgin 1992 and they moved to Kerrville where she has permanently resided since 1993. After retiring from business in 1997 she enjoyed a lot of traveling and cruises with her husband, children and grandchildren. Creating memories for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was very important to her. Her other many activities include: Member and past president of Heartbeats, Martin Luther Hopsital; member of the board of directors for Martin Luther Hospital, Anaheim, California; owner-operator of a landmaker real estate property Cooks Corner, El Toro, California; lifetime member of Assistance League, Anaheim. She designed, built and operated Guadatupe River RV Resort, Kerrville, Texas and was a member of the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce. Preceded in death by her son Dennis Craig Moore who died at birth in 1947; father, Floyd Park in 1965; mother, Laura Powell Park in 1999; and husband, Alex Morales in 1988. Survivors are her husband Burt Van Denburg of Kerrville, Texas; daughters Darla Jenienne Burchell and husband, Gary of Riva, Maryland and Deborah Moore of Austin, Texas; son, Alex (Andy) Morales and wife, Lauri of Anaheim, California; grandchildren Lisa Burchell Anderson and husband, Brian of Chesterfield, Missouri; Gina Burchell Ritter and husband, Bill of Grayson, Georgia, Victoria Lynn Morales of Anaheim, California; and James Shahan of Austin, Texas. Also, great granddaughters Cassandra Shanhan, Austin, Texas; Mackenzie Kate and Marley Francis Anderson of Chesterfield, Missouri; and Molly Claire and Ella Reese Ritter of Grayson, Georgia. Brothers, Jerold Park of Canadain, Texas and Les Park and wife, Patsy, Addison, Texas; sister Darlene Johnson of Cheyenne, Oklahoma and aunt Elaine Park of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Also a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held Thursday, May 13, 2010 Grimes Funeral Chapel, 11 a.m. Interment will be at Forest Lawn, California, May 19, 2010.
