NEBHUT PASSED AWAY Whereas it has pleased Almighty God, Supreme Grand Master of thed Supreme Grand Lodge of the Universe to call from labor to refreshment our well beloved brother, John Cole Nebhut, and Whereas we deeply deplore the loss of our brother, but humbly and reverently bow to the will of Him who doeth all things well, now therefore, Be it resolved by Strong City Lodge No. 469 A.F. & A.M. of which Brother Nebhut was a true and faithful member, that we tender our heartfelt sympanthy and condolence to his bereaved family in this dark hour of affliction, but pointing them to the bright assurance that as a just and upright Mason, our brother has gone to the reward of a well spent life, and Be it further resolved that these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of the lodge, that they be published in the Strong City Herald, Cheyenne Star, Hammon Advocate and that a copy be sent to to his family under thed signature of the Worshipful Master and the seal of the lodge, and Be it further resolved that we tender our thanks to Cheyenne Lodge No. 333 for their hearty co-operation and assiatance at the enterment of our brother. J.P. Johnson J.J. Moore J.P. Bradford, Committee Brother J.C. Nebhut was born April 4, 1858 at Marshall, Texas, being 60 years, 5 months and 28 days of age at date of death. Brother Nebhut was a charter member of Strong City Lodge No. 469, was made mason at Terrell, Texas more than 30 years ago. He was a member in good standing and well beloved of the Woodmen of the World and Independent Order of Oddfellows and has been a faithful member of the Chrisitan church for more than 20 years. He was married to Miss Lillie Francis Noell, October 5th, 1879. To this union was born 5 children all of whom are living except one who died in infancy. Brother Nebhut was stricken down August 26th, 1918. He was operated upon August 29th, 1918 at Clinton. Her suffered much pain from that date without a murmur until the early morfning of Octobedr 2nd, 1918 when he was called to that home on high.
