Mr. Orr has been a resident of the Cheyenne Convalescent Home for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by one sister, Freda Cunningham of Yukon, Oklahoma. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, December 29, 1981 in the Yukon Cemetery. Rose Chapel Funeral Services of Cheyenne were in charge of arrangements. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
