Stan Baker and Rev. Dolan Ivy officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Mary Lorene Pinkston was born September 28, 1914 at Herring Community to R.M. and Estella Linville Thomas and died Wednesday February 22, 2005 at the age of 90. She graduated from Herring School and was married to Thomas Pinkston in January of 1932. They have lived in the Herring-Hammon Community all of their married life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas in 1081; her parents; wo brothers; and two sisers. Survivors include three children, Evely Marshall of Shawnee, Loretta Sunderland of Woodward and Melvin Pinkston of Elk City; 10 grandchildren and six great great granchildren.
