She had been seriously ill since January of this year, and had been in a critical condition the four weeks pevious to her death. Immediate survivors include her husband, Otis Permenter, a daughter Beatrice Dicker both of Albuquerque, New Mexico, a son Paul Wesley Foster, of Houston, Texas; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Also surviving are three sisters, Klina Casady, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; her twin, Lily Noblitt, Pampa, Texas; and Helen Mumford, Albuquerque; and a brother, Haskell Potter of Mesquite, Texas. Ruby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Potter, grew to womanhood in the Durham community off Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. After completing grade school there she attended high school in Drumright. Later she attended Oklahoma College for Women and Southwestern State College. She taught in rural schools of Roger Mills County. She was a member of the Methodist church, Rebekah Lodge, and a Homemakers club. Burial was in Albuquerque where she had resided where she had reisded many years. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
