He passed away June 15, 2002 in Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 34 years 2 months and 1 day. He was raised in Hooker, Oklahoma till high school age, and his parents moved to Durham, Oklahoma. He graduated fromCheyenne High School in 1986. He went to Okmulgee, Oklahoma where he attended leathercraft boot repair school. Later he opened his own boot repair shop in Weatherford, Oklahoma till 2001 when he moved to Burns Flat, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by grandparents, 5 uncles and 3 aunts. Services were held Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Durham Church of Christ, officiated by Andy Taylor. Burial was at the Fairview Cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Survivors include: parents, Bill and Nell Raff of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; daughter Kya Nicole Raff of Willston, North Dakota; two brothers, Robert Flewelling of Mooreland, Oklahoma, Thomas Raff, Durham, Oklahoma; one sister, Bonnie McClellan of Sayre, Oklahoma; girlfriend, Mattie Sublett of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; a host of relatives and friends.
