Dale graduated from Reydon High School in 1973. He attended Okmulgee Oklahoma State Tech and married Natalie Irene Spurlin on August 23, 1975 in Canadian, Texas. They lived in Alaska and moved to Okmulgee before moving to Vernal, Utah. In October of 1979 they moved to Reydon, Oklahoma and later to Sweetwater, Oklahoma in 1989 whree they made their home. Dale was a volunteer fireman for Reydon and Sweetwater and helped establish Sweetwater Creek Firefighters Association. Dale was a member of the Roger Mills County Auxilary Sheriffs Department. He had spent several summers packing and guiding with mule strings in Idaho. He had participated and helped in wagon trains for several years. Dale was diagnosed with cancer in 1984 and dedicated his remaining years to taking experimental treatments in hope that others might lear more and alleviate others from suffering more. He was a membe of Sayre Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife Natalie of the home; 1 daughter, Dalea of the home; 2 sons, Jerry and Noran of the home; his mother Dora Robison of Reydon; 1 sister, Evelyn (J.T.) Porter of Reydon; 1 brother, Donald Ray (Dean) Robison, Follett, Texas; his parents-in- law, Walter and Olive Spurlin of Reydon, and a host of other realtives and friends. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 23, 1993 at the Stweetwater School audiotorium officiated by Don Stark and assisted by Ed Wrather.
