At an early age, she moved to Oklahoma with her parents, where they resided on Pie Flat, north of Roll. It was here that she met and later married James C. Redden at Cheyenne, Oklahoma on January 15, 1910. To this union were born four sons: Clarence H. and Joe of Cheyenne, Gene R. of Pryor, Oklahoma and James K. of Kansas City, Missouri, all of whom survive her. As a young girl, Mrs. Redden became a member of the Christian church and was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mizpah Chapter Number 80, Cheyenne, Oklahoma. She attended the First Baptist church of Pryor, Oklahoma, where she lived at the time of her death on July 22, 1965. Mrs. Redden was preceded in death by her husband, James C., mother, father and one brother, A.L. Hill. Also surviving Mrs. Redden is one brother R.F. Hill, McAlester, Oklahoma, fourteen grandchildren eight great grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces. Committal Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Ok
