Services were held July 25, 1984. Rennolds was born July 31, 1888 at Monroe City to Lew Wallace Jacobs and Lenora Harris Jacobs. The family moved to Fayette in 1895. She attended the Howard-Payne College, where she was graduated with an AA degree in 1908. She was employed at the Commercial Bank until she married Loren Turnage April 13, 1914. Her son, born April 3, 1917. Her husband died in 1918 of influenza. Allie returned to Central College, where she was graduated with an AB degree in 1923. She started teaching in the fall of 1923 at Richmond, Missouri and later taught at Marshall, Missouri. On August 15, 1936, she was married to Thomas Moss Rennolds, a Fayette native, who at that time was a merchant in Cheyenne. They were active members of the Methodist Church and she was a member of the Literary Club. Upon retirement in 1952, they returned to Fayette where they once again became members of the Methodist Church. Mr. Rennolds died December 6, 1958. Allie was a long-time member of Linn United Memorial Methodist Church, the MMM Club, the All-Year Round Club and a 65-year member of the DAR. She is survived by a son, Wallace Jacobs Turnage of Fayette; one brother, L.W. Jacobs, Jr. of Fayette; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
