Jack Bledsoe officiating. Burial was in the Lone Oak Cemetery, near Sayre. Relatives attending were his mother, Mrs. Matilda Shipman of Reydon with who he lived. His father, Tom Shipman; sisters, Mrs. Ernest Farrell and husband, Mrs. Clark Criswell and husband and a nephew, Mr. Dale Brimer and wife, all of Sayre; a sister, Mrs. Florene Brimer and children. T.J. Brimer, Gary Brimer and Miss judy Brimer, all of Erick, Oklahoma; Sons Smith, McLean, Texas. His brothers Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Shipman of Childress, Texas and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Shipman, Lovington, New Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Shipman, Eugene Shipman and daughter, Mrs. Darlene Taylor all of Pueblo, Colorado; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shipman of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Ike Shipman of Shamrock, Texas. A daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James. Others present were a niece, Miss Sandy Pinkston of Woodward, and friends, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Hawkins and DeWitt Hawkins of Durham; Jesse E.
