Obit for Lizzie Saffer

Lizzie Saffer was born on December 24, 1868 and passed from life July 22, 
1960.  Funeral services were held in the Durham community buildin Sunday 
afternoon, July 24, 1960 after which she was laid to rest in the Fariview 
cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma by the side of her husband, 
George Saffer.

Mrs. Saffer came to the Durham community with her husband in 1901 and filed on 
a homestead two miles east of Durham where they lived for more than 40 years.  
Later she moved to Durham.

Due to illness she spent her last days in Amarillo, Texas with a niece.

She was a member of thed Adventist church.
