She was united in marriage to John Hensen Stout September 3, 1895 at Girard, Kansas. She was a resident of Crawford vicinity for almost 43 years, having lived on the farm they homesteaded in 1902. To this union were born ten children, three sons and seven daughters. One son, Joseph Hensen, preceded him in death when an infant. She is survived by: Her husband of the home address; ola Divelbissof Enid; James of Enid; Blanche McGaughey of Eakley; Margaret Porter of Canadian, Texas; Winnie Cravens of Enids; Edith Myers of Crawford; Rebecca Buller of Enid; Frank, S 2-c of the U.S. Navy; and Madeline Wilson of Cheyenne; and one step-daughter, Lula Church of Valley Falls, Kansas; and 35 grandchildren. She united with the Christian church when a girl; later she became a member of the Christian Church of Crawford, and was active member until the church membership disolved. She departed this life Saturday, January 20th, 1945, at the age of 69 years, nine months and one day at the home near Crawford. She also leaves to mourn her passing five sisters: Mrs. Mary Cummings and Mrs. Lottie Barnes of Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Rosa Ross of Sayre, Mrs. Cora McKnight and Mrs. Ida Dobbs of Houston, Texas; and other relatives and friends. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, and was loved by all who knew her. She was laid to rest in the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Rev. Grover Thompson officiating under the direction of Tunnard's Funeral Home of Cheyenne.
