Sutton and died Tuesday at his home at the age of 83 years. Frankie grew up in the Mayfield area and attended Friendship school. He married Ruby Mers on November 3, 1933 in Cheyenne and they made their home west of Mayfield where he farmed and raised cattle. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Odessa Cox, one son, Marshall Sutton, two sisters and two brothers. Survivors include; wife Ruby of the home; on daughter and son-in- law, Sharon and Wayne Gibson of erick; four grandchildren, Kathy Blount of Elk City, Beth Wilson of Sayre, Oklahoma, Melroy Cox, Jr. and Daryle Cox both of Sweetwater; to grandsons, Eddie Gibson and Todd Sutton both of Erick; two sisters, Viola Stewart of Sweetwater, Anna Roberts of Erick; 10 great grandchildren; one great granchild and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday at the Rose Chapel, officiated by Tom Cooksey. Interment will be in the Buffalo Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
