Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 10, 1968 at 2:430 p.m. in the Buffalo Baptist churfch with Rev. Fred Wollard and Rev. W.A. Lowry officiating. Born March 9, 1906 at Tolar, Texas, Mrs. Stewart moved to Reydon with her parents in the early 1900's. Shed married Otho F. Stewart on July 20, 1925 livng in the Erick and Sweetwater communitieds until his death in 1957. She moved to Sayre in 1962 and has been a member of the Buffalo Bible Baptist Church for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her father and husband. Survivors are her mother, Mrs. Bertie Loftin, Elk Cty; four daughters, Miss Marvene Stewart, of the home, Mrs. Vauanda Logan, Sayre, Mrs. Bonita Matlock, Port Huemened, California, Mrs. Janewll Logan, Kent, Ohio; two sons, Jake of Del City, Joe Dasle of Guymon; 10 grandchildren; four sisters Mrs. John Fred Clay, Crawford, Mrs. Amos Chandler, Midwest City, Mrs. Hugh Widener, Covina, Californias, Mrs. Ben Flue, Clinton; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Emnma Stewart of the home. Pallbearers were: Earl Hewitt, Jack Bonifield, Ray Toon, Burton Connally. Interment was in the Buffalo cemetery with Rose Chapel Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
