She passed from this life June 10, 1987 at Fresno, California, at the age of sixty-one years. Ada Sue was raised in the Trail Community, until the age of eighteen, at that time moving to Oklahoma City. During the early years of her life Ada Sue attended the Trail and Leedey Schools. On March 1, 1946, Ada Sue Craig and William Walter Skelton were united in marriage. Six children were born to this union: Sandra, William W. III, Helen, Tonya, Roy C. and Durock. The greater part of Ada's life was spent in the Riverside, California area. She spent many years as a clerk in a Conveniece Stroe, retiring from this, her chosen occupation. Mrs. Skelton had made her commitment of Faith in Christ at the age of twenty years, and was a member of the Riverside Faith Lutheran Church. She was very active in all of her church work. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a dear friend to all. Mrs. Skelton was preceded in death by her parents, L.C. and Pearl Craig, and one brother, John T. Craig. Those left to mourn her passing are her children: Sandra Frazier of North Fork, California; William W. Skelton III of Lewiston, Indiana, Helen Star Johnson, Tonya Hamm, and Roy Clinton Skelton all of Waxahachie, Texas; and Durock Skelton of Riverside, California and her ten grandchildren. She is also survived by seven brothers, O.H. Craig of Kingsdown, Kansas; Carl, Lee and James Craig, all of Leedey; Charlie Craig of Colorado; Dave Craig of Cliton, Colorado; and Jack Craig of Woodward, Oklahoma; two sisters: Alice Baker of Hemet, California, and Billie Ruth Jones of Leedey, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many, many friends. Committal services were held Saturday, June 13, 1987 at the Trail Cemetery in Leedey, Oklahoma, with Rev. A.L. Martin officiating. Casket bearers were Arthur Craig, Bob Craig, Gary Craig, Ronnie Craig, Craig Jones, and Michael Jones. Arrangements were by Shaw Funeral Home, Leedey, Oklahoma. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok 25-Jun-1987
