He passed away June 15, 1988 at White Salmon, Washington following a long illness. Ross attended the schools of Sunshine, Trail and Camargo. He was married to Elizabeth Allen in 1931. They were the parents of a son and a daughter. Preceeding him in death were his parents and a brother, Joe. Survivors include; his wife, Elizabeth of the home; his son, Bill of Modesto, California; his daughter, Bonnie Day of Camargo; two sisters, Dorothy Combs of Elk City and Betty Kauk of Leedey; two brothers, Fred of Haskell and Carl of Leedey; a sister-in-law, Lila Skelton of Leedey and five grandchildren. Graveside rites were conducted Saturday, June 18, 1988 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kidktist County Cemetery in White Salmon. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
