Mr. Shaller was born May 10, 1914, in Canadian, Texas. He moved with his parents in 1919 to the Red Moon Ranch northwest of Cheyenne. Later he lived with grandparents and attended school at Canadian, Texas, at Shattuck and at Strong City. His mother was a school teacher. He graduated from Amarillo High School, attended Amarillo Junior College and Canyon College before finishing his formal education at Oklahoma A& M, Stillwater. He then began his ranching and owned the Red Moon Ranch at the time of his death. He was a director of the Western Oklahoma Royalty Association. He was married to Ann Wallace May 10, 1958, at Cheyenne. Survivors are his wife, Ann, of the home; his mother, Mrs. Bertha Shaller, of Abilene, Texas; one brother, Walter Shaller.
