Smith, 76, Boomville, Indiana passed away at 3:10 a.m. Monday, July 18, 1994 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Ralph was a retired pharmacist, a member of Newburgh Church of Christ, retired Elder of the Church of Christ, a member of Warrick Hospital Auxiliary, and a World War II Army Veteran. He was married for 51 years. He was preceded in death by a daughter Rita Smith and a brother Leo Smith. He is survived by wife, Jennie Smith, Boonville, Indiana; four daughters Mary Overmeyer, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Harriet Ely, Corning, New York, Anita Blackwell, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Marcia Leriman, Rio Vista, Texas; three sons, Paul Smith, Texarkana, Arkansas, Harold Smith, M.D., Boonville, Indiana, Douglas Smith, Park City, Utah; four sisters, Lucille Wagoner, Waterloo, Indiana, Virginia Ashley, Daleville, Indiana, Edith Stowers, New Bern, North Carolina, and Martha Anderson, Portland, Indiana; four brothers, Paul Smith, Winchester, Indiana, Dale Smith, Deputy, Indiana, Duane Smith, Uncle, Indiana and Ray Smith, Charlotte, North Carolina; 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral was at 2:00 p.m. Thursday July 21, 1994 at Kochler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana with David Myers officiating. Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville, Indiana.
