(Short) and Oma Smith passed away December 30, 1991 at the age of 63. He graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1947. Lamoine was a veteran of the Korean War. He lived in El Paso, Texas, with his family twenty three years and was owner and manage of Recreation Vehicle. Surviving is his wife Thelma Hixon Smith of the home; a daughter Judy Lynn and son-in-law Jeff Fell, Snyder, Texas; a sister Kathy Nichles; niece Mona Lisa Nicles, Oklahoma City; nephew Rodney King, Topeka, Kansas and his parents, Cheyenne, Oklahoma. The service was under the direction of Martin Funeral Home, El Paso. Burial was at Bliss National Cemetery with milirary honors. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
