"Smitty" Smith, 71, died Friday May 22, 1998. Services were at 2 p.m. in Key Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Station officiating. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Perryton. Mr. Smith was born in Roll, Oklahoma. He moved to Perryton 30 years ago from Pampa. He was a salesman for Coca-Cola fo5r more than 20 years and was a member of Key Heights Baptist Church. He was married to Roberta Welty in 1950 at Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Vicki Evans of Perryton; a son Dennis Smith of Amarillo; two brothers, Floyd Smith of Pampa and Gordon Smith of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; two sisters, June Scrivner of Reydon, Oklahoma and Ruby Lee of Fort Gilbson, Oklahoma and five grandchildren.
