In 1922 she and Thomas Matthew Shanahan were married in Pittsburg, PA where she lived until moving to Cheyenne in November 1984 to live with her daughter. She had been a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Pittsburg, PA. Preceding her in death were her parents and husband. Survivors include 2 daughters: Eileen Stinson of Cheyenne, Oklahoma and Bernice Clyde Smith of Pittsburg, PA; 2 sons, Thomas E. Shanahan and James H. Shanahan, both of Pittsburg, PA; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; 1 sisters: Marcella Kramer of Geinshaw, PA and Florence Reed of Mexford, PA; 1 brother, Theodore Fuhr of Butler, PA. Services were held Saturday, February 16, 1985 with burial in Northside Catholic Cemetery in Allegheny County, PA. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
