Obit for Ira Loyd Summers

Funeral services were held in Los Angeles, California on January 20, 1969 at 
2 p.m.  Burial was at the Veterans Cemetery for Ira Loyd Summers, 53, of 3331 
West 54th Street, Los Angeles.

Loyd, who died January 12, 1969 had been employed by Rogers and McDonald 
Publishers, Inc. for eight years.

Born near Crawford, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, he moved to Los Angeles in 
1940.  He was a veteran of World War II

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Gladys Summers, Cheyenne; one sister 
Mrs. W.O. Roof, Canton; four brothers, Cleo, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Harm, Elk City, 
Oklahoma; Harley and Everett, Ft Worth, Texas.
