Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Lila Margaret Sifford was born June 22, 1920 at Wayland, Texas to W. T. and Maude Argo Noblitt and died Wednesday December 5, 2007 at the age of 87. She was raised in the Hammon area. Lila was married to Charles Reagan on March 3, 1938 at Cheyenne and then to Joe Sifford on March 14, 1944 at El Paso, Texas. She worked as a nurse's aid and in central supply at the Community Hospital of Elk City and Baptist Hospital of Oklahoma City. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the First Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three sisters, one brother; and two grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Margaret Long and husband Roy of Elk City, Jack Regan and wife, Sandi of Hammon and Janet Stevens and husband, Doug of Elk City; seven grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; and two brothers, Delbert Noblitt of Vici, and Jimmy Noblitt of Elk City.
