STUBBS, Frank

Near Cloud Chief, Washita County, John York, aged 16 and Frank 
Stubbs, the 13 year old son of P.W. Stubbs, quarreled over the 
pasture right and the older boy struck the younger over the head with 
a club, fracturing his skull.  It is thought the injured boy will die 
and York has been put under a $1000 bond.
