Boyd Teague, 27 years, was recently killed in battle in Korea. Sgt. Teague had been in the Koren war since August 1950. He enlisted in the army ten years ago, serving in the Pacific during World War II; after being wounded was stationed in California. Boyd Teague lived near Moorewood during his boyhood, and attended the Texmo school. His last home was at Orange, California, where Mrs. Teague and their 2 year-old daughter, Linda Jo now live. Survivors are his father, Charles Teague, California; his mother, Mrs. Amanda Teague, El Cajon, California; seven brothers, Finis Nelson, Moorewood, Oklahoma; Jim Nelson, Stratford, Oklahoma; Owen Nelson, Dallas, Texas; Ora Nelson, El Cajon, California; Woodrowe Teague, Kansas City, Missouri; Bill Teague, Oakland, California; Frank Teague, California; one sister, Uda Teague, California. Sgt Teague had been in military service the past ten years.
