Z.E. Twitty at his home in Louisiana reached this city Saturday. The remains were brought to the Delhi cemetery near Sayre, for interment and the burial services were conducted Monday afternoon in the presence of a large crowd of friends of the deceased and family. Rev. Twitty was pastor of the Baptist church of this city until about two years ago. It was under his pastorate that the Baptist church was erected and he returned last summer to preach the dedictory sermon in June. Brother Twitty was one of the best loved pastgors that ever held a pastorate in this city. He was borad- minded public spirited and a zealous worker for his church. He numbered his friends by his acquaintances in this city. A large number of friends went from Cheyenne to Delhi Monday afternoon for the burial services. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok 6-Sep-1928
