She died on Thursday February 25, 1999 at her home in Vici at the age of 74. At an early age Flora Mae moved to Broken Bow and then later to the Hammon area, where she began her schooling. Upon the death of her parents in 1936, eleven year old Flora Mae went to live with her sister and brother-in-law, Ora and Remus Clem northwest of Leedey in the Shirley community. She attended school in the Liberty Center School until 1942. On February 17, 1942, Flora Mae Dixon and Glen Henry Clem were united in marriage at Sayre. To this union three children were born, Glen David, Wynonna Faye and Gary Lynn. After their marriage Glen and Flora mae settled on a farm in the Shirley community, where they lived until 1948, moving to Leedey until 1957, at which time they moved back to the farm where she and Glen farmed and ranched together. In 1974 her husband, Glen, died suddenly. Flora Mae continued to live on the farm until 1979 at which time she married Glenn William Trimble, Jr. at Vici on May 25, 1979. She and Glenn have made their home in Vici these past 19 years. At the age of 38, Flora Mae became a member of the Leedey First Baptist Church. after she moved to Vici, she began attending the First Christian Church. She was a member of the Canadian Club, where she had been a very active member joining the organization in the early 1950's. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Wynonna Faye, her husband, Glen Henry Clem; one grandson, David Clem, Jr., one brother, Leon Dixon; two sisters, Ruby Allen and Alice Day. She is survived by her husb and Glen Trimble, Jr. of Vici; two sons, Glen David Clem of Vici and Gary Lynn Clem and wife, Vickie, of Leedey; two step-children, Lorri and husband, Travis Dennet and David Trimble and wife, Jan, all of Vici; three sisters, Ola Martin of Leedey, Dorothy Moler of Elk City, and Nora lister of Broger, Texas; five grandchildren, James Davis Clem, Travis lynn and Teela Jalee Clem, Keegan and Kendra Trimble; one great grandson, Gabriel Justice; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
