Vandagriff, son of the late James Loyd Vandagriff and Grace Huddleson Vandagriff, was born June 10, 1912, Bixby, Oklahoma and departed this life December 6, 1992 in West Plains, Missouri at the age of 80 years, 5 months, and 26 days. He was united in marriageNovember 3, 1934, in Sweetwater, Oklahoma to Opal Henson, who preceded him in death December 1, 1992. He is survived by two daughters Patricia Summers and her husband, Everett, of West Plains, Missour and Betty O-Dell and her husband, James of West Plains, Missouri; one sister, Anna Lee Parsons of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren, Everett Loyd Summers, Jr. of West Plains, Missouri, Linda Sue Nale and her husband, Benny, of Springfield, Missouri, James O'Dell, Jr., Kathy Ann O'Dell and David M. O'Dell, all of West Plains, Missouri; and one great grandchild, Trenton Nale, of Springfield, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents; one daughter, Gracie Collier; and two brothers, Donald and Thurman Vandagriff. He was a farmer and a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Marine Corp. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
