Obit for Evelyn "Pud" Woodall

Evelyn "Pud" Woodall, age 85 of Clinton, passed away on December 22,
2001 at her home in Clinton.  Funeral services were held Friday, December
14, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Clinton, Oklahoma.
Rev. Bryan Gilbert officiated.  Interment was held at 2:00 p.m. at the Rhea
Cemetery, Rhea, Oklahoma.  Arrangements were under the direction of Kiesau
Marler Funeral Home, Clinton, Oklahoma.

Pud was born on December 9, 1916 in Rhea, Oklahoma to Merchison and
Sallie Speer.  Pud married Jesse Woodall on December 23, 1933 in Clinton,
Oklahoma.  She lived in the Clinton area since 1943.  Pud was a member of
the First Baptist Church.  She was retired from the cafeteria at Washington
Elementary.  Pud volunteered at the Clinton Hospital for many years.  She
was "Head Baby Rocker" at the Lil Tots Daycare.  Pud enjoyed quilting,
bowling and garage sales.

Pud is survived by her son: Lanny Woodall and wife, JoAnne of Clinton,
Oklahoma, grandchildren: Dusky Woodall and wife, Ginger of Clinton,
Oklahoma, Robbie Woodall and wife, Debbie of Arapaho, Oklahoma, and Kim
Hunter and husband, Jeff of Clinton, Oklahoma, 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Woodall in 1979, son:
Carroll Woodall, sisters: Bonnie Speer and Bessie Speer, bothesr: Debs Speer
and Bryan Speer.
