Bernice Whiteley

PAMPA - Bernice Whiteley, 89, died Saturday, May 15, 1999 at Amarillo.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors 
Colonial Chapel in Pampa. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in 
Kelton Cemetery at Kelton with the Rev. Marlin Hawkins, a Baptist minister 
from Oklahoma City, officiating.

Mrs. Whiteley was born in Roger Mills County, Okla. and moved to Pampa in 
1932 from Kelton. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist 
Church.

She married Foster Whiteley in 1933 at Kelton. He died in 1985.

Survivors include two sisters, Lula Hawkins of Dill City, Okla., and Clara 
Luedecke of Plano.

The family suggests memorials be to the Calvary Baptist Church or Crown of 
Texas Hospice.
