Curtis Southwood officiating. Burial will follow in the Moorewood Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Dorris Jean Willsie was born April 3, 1926 at Moorewood to Earl Victor and Mary Page Boyer and died Wednesday October 21, 1998 at the age of 72. She was raised in the Moorwood area and attended school at Texmo, Hammon and Leedey schools. Dorris was married to Howard William Willise on January 21, 1943. Dorris worked at many restaurants in the area including the Green Frog, Round Up Cafe, Town House Restaurant, Royal Cafe, Flamingo Restaurant and the Red Carpet in Sayre. When she wasn't working at the restaruants. Dorris drove trucks with her husband in the trucking industry. Howard preceded her in death on April 3, 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters and one grandson. Survivors include two children, Earlene Foster and husband, Sam of Houston, Texas and Kenneth Willsie and wife, Helen of Borger, Texas; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one brother, Bob Boyer of Elk City; three sisters, Lela Powell of Canute, Gail Nelms of Elk City and Wynema Perkins of Midland, Texas.
