She was 58 years, 11 months, and 28 days of age. On August 1, 1927, she was united in marriage to Chester A. Speck at Sayre, Oklahoma. One daughter, Virginia Lou, was born to this union. In 1937 Pearl and her family moved to Vici and operated the Central Telephone Company. She was the Vici switchborad operator for a period of 23 years. Peal dedicated her life to the Master in her early life and was baptized. She was a member of The First Christian Church of Vici. She was active in community life and was interested in any project which she felt was for the betterment of the town and community. The happiness and welfare of her family and her friends was of utmost importance to her and upon this splendid trait of personality, stemmed the desire to be of help to all people. She was preceded in death, by a sister, Beulah Cribbs, in 1954 and her fahter, W.T. Walker, in 1963. She is survived by her husband of the home in Vici, her daughter, Virginia Lou Virgil, two grandsons Ken and Doug and son-in-law, George Virgil all of Lawton, Oklahoma. Her mother, Mrs. W.T. Walker of Hammon, Oklahoma; two brothers, Francis Walker of Oklahoma City and Russell Walker of Del City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Juanita Cary of Oklahoma City and Nadine Grigsby of Ft. Woth, Texas, ten nieces and nephews, other relatives and many firends. Burial in Sunnyside Cemtery, Vici, Dewey County, Oklahoma. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
