Allen. She passed away April 4, 2004 at Cheyenne, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years, 8 months and 28 days. Jackie grew up near Strong City, Oklahoma on the family farm. She was married to Jesse C. Wright at Arnett, Oklahoma on April 20, 1935. They lived east of Roll, Oklahoma until they moved to a farm west of Crawford in 1945. They made their home there where they farmed and ran a dairy. She remained on the farm even after Jesse's death nd recently been " visiting her daughter" in Cheyenne this last year. She put her family and church first in her life. Jackie also enjoyed quilting and made each grandchild a special quilt. She was a member of the Crawford Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 sister. Survived by her 2 daughters, Joycce Beavin and husband, Howard (Pudge) of Cheyenne, Oklahoma and Dolores Blundell and husband Jim, Perryton, Texas; 1 son, J. Doyle Wright and wife Judy, Ft. Smith, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; 1 brother, Buddy Allen, Tacoma, Washington; 1 sister-in-law, Ruby Smith, Wichita, Kansas; and a host of relatives and friends. Services were held April 7, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Cheyenne Church of Christ officiated by Ray Don Jackson and Larry Spurlin. Burial was at the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
