She was united in marriage with Samuel E. Watts, September, 1886 in Iowa. To this union was born three sons, all of whom were present at the funeral. Brother and Sister Watts came to Oklahoma in 1901 and located in Blaine County, where they remained about a year, and then came to Day County, now Roger Mills, where they entered land upon which they made final proof and have since resided. They became obedient to the faith in Christ in 1896 and havew served the Pleasant view School House in 1908. Her life was one of faith in Christ. Her death was filled with bright hopes of future life. She retained perfect consciousness almost to the last. She bade a quiet tender farewell to her family and friends and pressed on them the obligations of a life of faitrh in her crucifiede Savior. She leaves a husband and three sons. Also a mother, two sisters and three brothers in Iowa, none of whom were present at the funeral. Sister Watts was a quiet home keeping woman of the class who always make up the quiet but earnest moral strength of a community. The funeral services were conducted by J.R. Crank of Mounty Vernon, Missouri. There was a short service at the house, a short sermon at the grave and the body laid to rest in the Silent Home Cemetery, five milesx southeast of Crawford. J.R.
