Friends gathered from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16, at Broussard's Mortuary in Nederland. Services were 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Broussard's Chapel with Pastor Francis Schroeder officiating. Services were under the direction of Broussard's Nederland. Another visitation will be 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at Oologah Funeral Home in Oologah, with funeral services 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 at the Talala Christian Church in Talala. Interment follows at Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Tom Jones officiating. Billie was a native of Talala and had been a resident of Nederland area for the past 6-7 years. She was a former resident of Houston, Texas and Willis, Texas and a member of the Talala Christian Church. She was a retired grocery clerk for the Weingarten Company. She is survived by a daughter, Debra "Dedie" Dikeman Orta and husband Johnny Ray of Nederland; granddaughter, Chalen Michelle Vickers and husband Josh of Groves, Texas; grandsons, Caleb Wayne Spinks and Kyle Brett Spinks, both of Nederland; great-grandsons, Trent Braxton Vickers and Brandon Tyler Vickers, both of Groves; brothers, Cale Dikeman of Talala and John Dikeman of Nowata; sisters, Flora Kauffman of Willis, Jane Egleston of Claremore and Pearl Youngman of Fullerton, Calif.
