Kimblern will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2002 at the Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Chapel. Rev. Henry Sumpter will officiate. Burial follows at Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1-6 p.m. on Sunday. Marie died Tuesday, Dec. 3 at St. John's Medical Center, Tulsa, at the age of 86. The daughter of Bill and Rosa Marlin was born June 23, 1916, in Rogers County and remained here her entire life. Marie married Earl Edward Kimblern and they had two sons, Bob and Jerry. Marie was a member of Sequoyah Full Gospel. She was a homemaker and a much-loved mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing the domino game "moon" and a game called "murder" on a hand-whittled game board made by her father. She also enjoyed cooking. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl; infant son, Carl; parents, Bill and Rosa; and brother, Glen Marlin.
