Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Rice Funeral Service. Friends may visit until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with family receiving visitors from 6-8 p.m. Eva passed away March 5, 2003 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She was 66. She was born Dec. 18, 1936 in Hulbert to Babe and Bessie Moore. They later moved to Westville, where she attended school grades one through 12. In Dec. 1954, on her birthday, she married L.J. Maberry of Siloam Springs, Ark. They lived in Westville for about two years before moving to Tulsa and Oklahoma City. They finally settled in the Foyil area, where they lived for more than 30 years and raised their three children, Janet, John and James. She drove a school bus for Foyil Schools while also doing various fund-raisers to support the school. Eva was loved by her family and friends alike. She enjoyed church and her church family and loved gospel singing. Eva was preceded in death by her father; mother; two brothers; husband, L.J. Maberry and grandson, Rodney Duke. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Duke and her husband, Ron of Claremore; sons, John Maberry and his wife, Connie of Chouteau and James Maberry and his wife, Tere of Foyil; grandchildren, Jennifer Murray of Catoosa, Steven and Christina Maberry of Chouteau and Treanna Maberry of Foyil; great-grandchildren, Weston Neal, Morgan Rachel and Chas Jordan Murray, all of Catoosa.
