He was 83. Frank attended Oklahoma Military Academy in Claremore and served in the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn. He received his master's degree from Tulsa University. He dedicated his life to his love of teaching music. He taught at East Central and Lewis and Clark in Tulsa. He was principal trombonist with the Tulsa Philharmonic for 31 years. Thomas is survived by his wife of 62 years, Margarette; daughters, Donna McPeters of Owasso, Barbara Taylor of Claremore, Nancy McPeters of the home and Deborah Darrough of Skiatook; grandchildren, Cody, Breanna and Tyler of Skiatook. He is preceded in death by his son, Tom McPeters.
