Roger passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2002. He was 58. Born in Pryor on Aug. 7, 1944, his parents were Richard and Pearl Cruise Nees. On Aug. 13, 1979, Roger and Jeanie Croff married and made Claremore their home through the years. He was employed as a stonemason until a disability prevented him from working. Roger is survived by his wife, Jeanie of their home in Claremore; five sons, Don and wife Kathy of Claremore, Randy and wife Dorothy of Inola, Robbie and wife Kacee, Bill and wife Cathy and Peter, all of Claremore; seven grandchildren, Bubba, Bear, Randi, Lynn, Danielle, Kelsey and Karley, all of Claremore, and Dillon, of Inola; sister, Dorothy Graham and sister-in-law, Betty Nees, both of Claremore; and several nieces and nephews.
