Dennis Ritchie officiating. Visitation will be until 8 p.m. Friday at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service. The family will greet friends from 6-7 p.m. Louise passed away Wednesday, July 10 at her home at the age of 77. The daughter of Joe and Rhoda Buster Patterson was born Sept. 22, 1925 in Claremore. She attended Verdigris schools and graduated from Claremore High School. Louise worked at Montgomery Ward's for 25 years, and then worked as office manager for her brother, Dr. Jim Patterson until she retired. Louise was an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Claremore. She was a past elder and deacon of the church, served as church treasurer for many years, was a board member of the Mustard Seed Learning Center and a member of the Tuesday Study Club. Louise was preceded in death by her parents Joe Patterson and Rhoda Patterson McCurry. She is survived by siblings, Betty Jo Bryan of Tulsa, Mary Jane Miller of Claremore, Peggy Wilson of Ponca City and Dr. Jim Patterson of Claremore; longtime friend, Dr. Warren Aldridge of Tulsa; and eight nieces and nephews.
