Quinten was born July 9, 1935, in Tulsa, to Quinten and Dorothy Shreck. Quinten was a retired computer specialist for IBM and Hitachi. He was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, the Elks Lodge #1230, NRA, EAA, and a graduate of the Oklahoma Military Accademy. Quinten loved hunting, flying airplanes, time at the lake, camping, boating and many other outdoor activities. He was a hard worker and enjoyed helping his friends with most anything. He had a special love for his dog, Molly. He is survived by: his wife of 42 years, Kay; sons, Dan and his wife, Athena Shreck and their daughter, Morgan, Roger Shreck, Richard and his wife, Kathy Shreck and their sons, Adam and Scott; many extended family members, friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother, Lucile. In lieu of flowers please send memorials to a charity of choice. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2006, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 9100 E. 21st St., Tulsa, OK. Under the direction of Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, 622-1155.
