::Llano Cemetery--Amarillo TX

Peggy Jo Tipton

Peggy Jo Tipton, 75, of Inola, Okla., formerly of Amarillo, died Tuesday, 
Aug. 9, 2005, in Tulsa, Okla.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Llano Cemetery with the 
Rev. Ed Modick, seniors pastor of Washington Avenue Christian Church, 
officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral 
Directors Memorial Chapel, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street.

Mrs. Tipton was born July 7, 1930, in Amarillo and moved to Inola in 
November 1999. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Inola and 
made her home at Inola Health Care Center. She was an avid wrestling fan 
her entire life.

Survivors include three sons, Darrell of Las Vegas, and Harrell and Dory, 
both of Inola; 16 grandsons; a granddaughter; 10 great-grandchildren; and 
many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
