Services for Alvin T. Clancy, 77 of Gore, OK will be held Aug. 20, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Gore United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Gore City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Gore, OK. Mr. Clancy was born April 23, 1926 in Elk City, OK, the son of Jasper Clancy and Nora (Blair) Clancy. He was married to Patricia Wiley on Sept. 20, 1986 in Carrollton, TX. Mr. Clancy passed this life on Aug. 17, 2003 in Tulsa, OK. Mr. Clancy worked 35 years in auto parts sales at A.B. Automotive in Oklahoma City, OK, was a member of AWO and Gore United Methodist Church and was loved by his family, friends and children. Survivors are: Wife: Pat of the home; 2 daughters and sons-in-law: Debra and Buddy Flynn of Perkins, OK, Sandra and David Tully of Edmond, OK; 1 step-daughter: Laura Owen of Tyler, TX; 1 step-son: Keith Moore of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Kyle and Shelley Flynn, John and Dallas Tully, Brian and Greg Enlow; great granddaughter: Sydney Flynn; 2 sisters: Lois Timmons of Midwest City, OK and Nadine Garrett of Oklahoma City, OK; his former wife of 30 years: Virginia Hartronft; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
