Fred J. Howell

BOOKER - Fred J. Howell, 67, a former resident of Maple, Okla., died 
Friday, Feb. 28, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. 

Monday in Maple Freewill Baptist Church at Maple. Burial will be in Akins 
Cemetery by Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow, Okla.

Mr. Howell was a retired farmer and rancher. He was of the Freewill 
Baptist faith. He was an Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothene; two daughters, Rhonda Garton of 
Booker and Tracy Thompson of Amarillo; two sons, Danny Howell of Spearman 
and Tim Howell of Midland; a brother, Ted Howell of Maple; 10 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The body will be available for viewing from 1 to 9 p.m. today at Agent 
Chapel in Muldrow.
