All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery--Bakersfield CA Hastings, Lottie McGuffey Lottie McGuffey Hastings, age 80, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Sunday, March 11, 2007 at the home of her daughter. A daughter of the late Jack Malone and Gracie Inez Hopkins Haworth, she was born March 22, 1926 in Gore, Oklahoma. She was a former hospital dietician assistant. She was the widow of Eugene Forrest Hastings and Hulin "Hap" McGuffey. Survivors include three daughters: Marie Hedrick of Russellville; Mildred Powell of Salem, Oregon; and Dorothy Cason of Brandon, Florida; a brother, Jim Haworth of Bakersfield; two sisters: Pauline Thomas of Bakersfield; and Betty Collins of Paramount, California; ten grandchildren: Mike, Jeff, Kenny and Janie Hedrick and Loretta Hughes, all of Russellville; David and Robert Powell of Lakewood, California; Cheryl Lamb of Brandon, Florida; and Jack Cason and Wendy Villalon, both of Bakersfield; fifteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. The graveside service and burial will be at 1 P.M. on Friday, March 16, 2007 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield, California. The family requests flowers to be sent to Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, California 93306.
