All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Greenhill Cemetery--Muskogee OK Published October 27, 2007 Muskogee Pheonix Evin Brewer Moore 1924-2007 Funeral services for Evin Brewer Moore, 83, of Muskogee will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. Evin Brewer Moore was born February 5, 1924 in Marble City, Oklahoma, the son of Curtis Henry Moore and Elethy (Lewis) Moore and died October 24, 2007 in Muskogee. On February 12, 1949 he married Modine Wilson in Tahlequah. He served in the United States Army from September 4, 1943 thru 1944. In 1982 he moved to Muskogee from California. He was a mechanical engineer. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, camping, boating and playing canasta, poker and pinocle. He was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion, NRA and Kiwanis. Preceding him in death are his parents, wife, and three brothers, Marion Moore, Olis Moore, Hiram Moore and one sister Juanita Wilmon. Survivors include his sons, Gary Moore and wife Connie of Muskogee, Bobby Baldwin and wife Linda of Roseburg, OR.; daughters, Linda Conversa and husband Cliff of Tracy, California, Wilma Coutee of Lacy, Washington; ten grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Joe Moore of Bolivar, MO.; sister, Myrtle Lea O’Neal of Springfield, MO. and longtime companion, Betty Betts of Muskogee; numerous other relatives and friends.
