Jerry D. Abston

PAMPA - Jerry D. Abston, 55, died Sunday, July 11, 1999. 

Cremation was held. Memorial services will be at a later date. 
Arrangements were handled by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Abston was born in Duncan, Okla., where he graduated in 1961 from 
Duncan High School. He joined the Army in 1961, served two tours of duty 
in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1980. In 1987, he retired from 
Martin Marietta Inc., where he was an instructor and helped develop 
missiles. He was a Baptist. 

Survivors include three sisters, Kay Crouch and Fay Kolb, both of Pampa, 
and Sherri Stewart of Lawton, Okla.; three brothers, Buford Graham of 
Kingfisher, Okla., Clifford Graham of Wichita Falls, and Eddy Graham of 
Oklahoma City, Okla.
