All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Duncan Banner 14 Nov 2002 Jeremy Paul Adams Service for Jeremy Paul Adams, 23, of Duncan, who died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, in Duncan, is pending with Don Grantham Funeral Home. ========= Duncan Banner 15 Nov 2002 Jeremy Paul Adams Jeremy Paul Adams, 23, formerly of Cache, now of Duncan, passed from this earth Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, in Duncan. Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel, with Harley Davidson of Western Hills Church of Christ in Lawton officiating and Leonard Keele of Chisholm Trail Church of Christ assisting. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Adams was born April 11, 1979, in Duncan, to David "Ralph" and Shawnee "Jules" Pickard Adams. Jeremy was a 1998 graduate of Cache High School. He served in the United States Navy from 1999 until 2002. He also attended Cameron University and was a lifeguard at the Simmons Center. He attended Western Hills Church of Christ and Chisholm Trail Church of Christ. Survivors include his parents of Cache; three sisters, Tiffany Spann, Melanie "Melvin" Adams and Nikki "Junior" Adams, all of Cache; his grandparents, Ken and Thelma Pickard of Duncan and Russell and Ruth Adams of El Reno; a nephew, Austin Spann of Cache; three uncles, Henry Pickard of Warrenton, Va., Clayton Pickard of Virginia Beach, Va., and Kent Adams of Duncan; and an aunt, Sherry Goodrich of Marlow. He left a legacy of love. Bearers will be Mike Smith, Doug Embry, B.J. Arnold, Curtis Arnold, Chris Adams and John Varva. Honorary bearers are Dusty Young, Dale Munyon, Michael Arnold, Brandon Davidson and the Elders of Western Hills Church of Christ and Chisholm Trail Church of Christ.
